  It is hard to find words to say how wonderful and amazing Michael Pelczar has been in every way. Losing my mother was an incredibly hard experience. Mike was understanding, available, flexible and efficient. We utilized pre-planning when my mother was in hospice, pick up and cremation of her body, the obituary listing and a slide show for her memorial service. Mike was patient with any changes I asked for and was completely thoughtful and kind through this whole experience. The slide show is so beautiful that I am looking forward to sharing it when we celebrate mom's incredible life!
